Central element: Conference room 5
Conference room 5 is located above the entrance area of hall 3, directly next to the workshop area. The room has a large window front facing the gallery.
The room can be partially or completely darkened and has a projector on the ceiling, which is available for use. Thanks to the open space on the gallery in front and the adjoining workshop area, you have the ideal event area for both plenary sessions and working groups.

WORKSHOP AREA and EMPORE
It is the ideal opportunity to work on results in small groups and then present them again later in a larger group. The workshop area offers three rooms of different sizes The two areas are connected by the spacious gallery, which invites you to linger and network.
ELECTRICAL AND LAN CONNECTIONS
Both rooms have several floor boxes with electrical and data connections, and further outlets in the walls. This means you avoid trip hazards caused by awkwardly laid cables. The LAN connections provide access to high-speed internet and the internal network, so you can transfer data within the conference rooms.
We’ll be happy to support you with setting up a central media desk or to provide you with a full service. In this way, you’ll be able to coordinate your event easily and extremely efficiently.
