MODULAR FOR ALL OCCASIONS: HALLS 1–3
Halls 1 to 3 span a total of 12,000 m² of exhibition space. Thanks to the modular room concept, you have a flexible space available across all three halls. The halls can be configured individually or in combination – ideal for small to large specialist and public trade fairs and many other types of event. All the halls benefit from natural light and can be fully shaded. If even more space is required, the exhibition space can be extended to include the central foyer and hall 4 up to 19,500 m².

FLEXIBLE PARTITIONING
Sometimes, something a little smaller is required. The two smaller halls are best suited to this. The steel beams running across the halls have suspension devices for curtains, which allow the halls to be adapted specifically to your event concept – for example, they can also be used as additional large conference rooms.
BUILT-IN FUNCTIONALITY
Our halls are more than simply four walls and a roof. Find out more about what makes putting on an event in our halls the perfect all-round solution.
THE CONTINUOUS FOYER
The attractive glass frontage of the continuous foyer ensures that the entrance to the halls is flooded with light and has a friendly atmosphere. The continuous foyer links the halls and, if required, provides each hall with a separate visitor entrance from the front side of the Messe. There are also two large toilet and changing areas for visitors and exhibitors – centrally accessible right between the hall entrances. Moreover, there are first aid rooms should they be required.
For event organisers, there is an events office available that can be used for visitor information. Integrated in the glass frontage facing outwards are the ticket offices.
In the case of full occupancy of halls 1 to 3, the continuous foyer can be used as an additional exhibition space. If the halls are being used individually, the continuous foyer can be considered a neutral area.
SUSPENSION POINTS AND MEDIA OUTLETS
Be it impressive light installations or information banners – our technical partners can affix the necessary suspension points exactly where they're needed: right on the steel beams or somewhere in between. Virtually anything is possible in halls 1 to 3!
But it’s not just on the ceiling that our halls are smart. Ducts run through the halls at intervals of around 8–10 metres, allowing electrical cables, LAN cables and water pipes to be distributed optimally – without creating any trip hazards.
Compendium Hall 1-3 (PDF) 579 KBASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING
Behind the halls is a large delivery yard available for the assembly and dismantling of your event. The separation of the delivery yard and public spaces makes it possible for service providers and exhibitors to make deliveries even while events are in progress.
We’ll be happy to support you with logistics in the delivery yard via staff from our partners, and with putting security controls in place.
