FLEXIBLY COMBINABLE: CONFERENCE ROOMS 1–4
Conference rooms 1 to 4 are located next to hall 1, in the southern part of the Messe building on the first floor. They can be combined in a flexible way, and thanks to their large floor-to-ceiling glazed frontage, they open onto a beautiful panoramic view of the Black Forest.
This area offers more than just conference rooms: the spacious areas in the gallery at the front, the foyer on the ground floor and, if required, hall 1 can all be brought into service to create a single event space that can meet any number of demands. The rooms can be fully or partially shaded and boast state-of-the-art event technology – provided by our technical partner.
It’s important to us that you are totally undisturbed in your area. That’s why even if you only hire part of a space, the other spaces will remain unused. The conference rooms are of course accessible to all participants via a lift, barrier-free.

GALLERY AND FOYER
The front gallery with a view of the Black Forest and Vosges mountains is ideal for catering during breaks, for example. If there are large numbers of participants or your event concept comprises a combination of catering and a supporting exhibition, you can use the spacious foyer in the entrance area to hall 1. Here you could set up registration, the cloakroom or a media desk.
Further possibilities and functionalities
USE OF HALL 1
Do you need extra exhibition space, a large plenary room or a separate location for an evening event? The directly adjacent hall 1 is the ideal place. Thanks to the flexible room divisions using curtains, the hall can be used in five different sizes: from 500 m² up to 2,400 m². Exactly as your event concept specifies.

ELECTRICAL AND LAN CONNECTIONS
All rooms have several floor boxes with electrical and data connections, and further outlets in the walls. This avoids trip hazards caused by awkwardly laid cables. The LAN connections provide access to high-speed internet and the internal network, so you can transfer data within the conference rooms.
We’ll be happy to support you with setting up a central media desk or to provide you with a full service. In this way, you’ll be able to coordinate your event easily and extremely efficiently.
